These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Glory Works LLC website at gloryworksalexandriamn.com, your request for and receipt of services from Glory Works LLC ("Glory Works," "we," "us," or "our"), and any text message communications between us. By requesting an estimate, accepting a quote, using our website, or communicating with us by text message, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Glory Works LLC provides seamless gutter installation, leaf guard and gutter guard installation, gutter cleaning, ice dam steaming, snow removal, and related exterior services, primarily in Alexandria, Minnesota and the surrounding area.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are based on the measurements, colors, materials, and conditions described at the time they are prepared. A quote is not binding until accepted in writing by the customer. If conditions at the property differ materially from what was described or observed, for example additional footage, unexpected damage, or hidden rot, we will notify you and provide a revised price before performing the additional work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Scheduling and Weather

Exterior work depends on weather and site conditions. We may reschedule work for rain, snow, ice, wind, or unsafe conditions, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule promptly. Scheduled dates are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Property Access and Condition

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work areas, including driveway and ladder access, and to remove or secure vehicles, pets, and personal property from those areas. You represent that you own the property or are authorized to approve the work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including damaged or rotted fascia, soffit, or roofing, deteriorated siding, or previously improper installations. If pre-existing damage is discovered, we will notify you before proceeding.

5. Payment

Payment is due as stated on your estimate, contract, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance is due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods are listed on the invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to late charges and to reasonable collection costs permitted by Minnesota law.

6. Warranty

Glory Works LLC warrants its workmanship as stated on your written estimate or contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to you. Warranties do not cover damage from storms, hail, ice, falling limbs or debris, roof or structural defects, settling, animals, work performed by others, or lack of routine maintenance such as periodic gutter cleaning. Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly using the contact information below.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a job by contacting us before materials are cut or fabricated for your property. Because seamless gutter is fabricated to your measurements on site, cancellations after fabrication has begun may be subject to charges for materials and labor already incurred. Any cancellation rights required by Minnesota law apply in addition to this section.

8. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Glory Works LLC at 320-307-1571. These terms apply to that messaging program:

• Program description. Glory Works LLC sends text messages regarding estimates and quotes, appointment scheduling and confirmations, crew arrival notifications, invoices and payment reminders, and replies to questions you send us.

• Consent. We message only individuals who have expressly opted in by checking the consent box on our quote request form, by giving written consent on an estimate or work order, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your job and your communications with us.

• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 320-307-1571 or gloryworksllc@gmail.com.

• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Use of This Website

The content on this website, including text, photographs of our work, and logos, is owned by Glory Works LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation. Information on the site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glory Works LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Minnesota law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Minnesota.
